English Movie Club!

Mykolaiv Window on America Center had the English Movie Club on the 21st of March.

Our visitors were watching  and discussing the movie "Norma Rae" (1979). This event was dedicated to Women`s History Month!

This movie about Norma Rae, a young Southern woman working at a cotton mill, encounters a union organizer and decides to join the effort to reform working conditions. This Oscar-winning drama follows Norma's crusade, as she leads a shutdown despite the opposition of her family and employers.
