20th of January 2019 became a significant date in life of each member of the Women's Career Club, which was proposed by America House Kyiv and supported by Mykolaiv Window on America Center
Today we`ve had the first meeting, which can be considered as a day when each of the participants made the first step to meeting the changes in their lives.
During this meeting, a facilitator Nadezhda Kasyanova met with the participants who shared about their jobs, career goals they want to achieve and difficulties and fears they face.
We`ll have 7 meetings during the project's implementation
