On December 5, the expert of the Foundation Sergey
Reshetov held a presentation of the Foundation for the Promotion of Democracy of the US
Embassy in Ukraine in the library resource center "Window on America".
The event was attended by public figures, activists,
heads of public organizations and charitable foundations and other interested
persons working in the areas of civil society development, transparency of
government bodies, public support of educational initiatives, counteraction to
trafficking in human beings, and the development of the electoral system etc.
During the event participants learned about the work
of the Democracy Facility, the main requirements for projects, the rules and
deadlines for filing and reviewing applications, etc.
All participants had the opportunity to ask questions
and get a detailed answer to them.
