English for Beginners

On the 9th of March the Mykolaiv Window on America Center had the English Class for Beginners. Our group of different ages was learning together how to ask and answer about the time.
The leader of the class was Nastia O.
There were 11 participants.

English Game Session

On the 9th of March the Mykolaiv Window on America Center had the English Game Session!
Our leader was Vlad S. who has got the Certificate of Appreciation on behalf of the Public Affairs Section of the United States Embassy. We congratulate our dear volunteer!:)
Today the young and adults were playing together "Jenga" game and answering different unusual personal questions.
There were 11 people present.

English Class for Beginners

On March 7th the Mykolaiv Window on America Center had the English Class for Beginners. 
Our new grammar topic was the Time! Also we learned different time zones in the USA.

The numbers of participents was 19.

English Book Club

This year we are celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the U. S.- Ukraine Diplomatic Relations. Our Center supports this partnerships and offers lots of different events!

On the 5th of March the Mykolаiv Window on America Center had the first English Book Club with the Peace Corps volunteer Melanie G.
Our members were reading and discussing their favorite qutes from the a dystopian novel "Fahrenheit 451", the most strikening shing way the totalitarism of the society discribed in the novel.
The numbers of participents was 12.

English Discussion Club for Youth

On the 06th of March the Mykolаiv Window on America Center had the English Discussion Club for Youth. 
Nikita S, student of  Black See National university named after Petro Mohyla and volunteer of Mykolaiv WOA was our leader. 
Our topic was "Stusy and work”. 
Today they have told about the idea of working while you're getting a degree, and how this is important if you don't have a scholarship!

English Speaking Club

On the 5th of March in the Mykolaiv Window on America Center was the English Speaking Club.
Andrew A. was our leader.
Our topic was "Risk".

English Class for kids!

On the 5th of March the Mykolaiv Window on America Center had the English Class for kids!
We were learning the names of fruits, revising the names  of the school supplies and the toys and colors.
