English Speaking Club!

Window on America Center had the English Speaking Club the оn the 28th of January. The topic was "People need meaning" with our leader Brad B.

Our visitors discussed about importent things, symbolic value of something, significance of a thing, object or concept of word or idea.

Also, they discussed the following questions:

- Why did people need to know the meaning of a road sign?

- Why did people need a language?

- Why did people speak in words unkown th others?

- What mean something only to you and not to others?

- How was a myth meaningful?

- Did a myth have to be true to have meaning?

- What did a prophesy mean? and others.

Than they read and discussed the article about "Meaning can be", "As makind Evelved", "As a Populations Grow Older", "As our technology multiplies and become global".
