Mykolaiv Window on America Center had the English Speaking Club оn the 19th of August.
The topic was “Alternative medicine” with our volunteer Vlad S.
Our visitors discussed what is an alternative medicine why people choose the alternative medicine. After that they talked about the health benefits and harms of yoga, meditation, homeopathy, phytotherapy, biologically active additives and how they work. In addition, the participants discussed the aromatherapy, hydrotherapy and starvation.
Participants came to the conclusion that alternative methods of treatment should be used reasonably and in many cases only in consultation with doctors.Our visitors discussed what is an alternative medicine why people choose the alternative medicine. We are thankfull to our leader and all our participants for сoming and participating. Today we`ve had an amasing club and a great time together.
