Mykolaiv Window on America Center had the English Speaking Club оn the 2nd of September.
The topic was “Open-mindedness as a vital trait” with our volunteer Oleg S.
Our participants talked about the importance of being open to the new ideas. Some looked at their prejudices from another perspective and changed their mind. The participants discussed about advantages and downsides of being open-minded. The topics of mindfulness and self-awareness have been touched as well. The presentation was rich in multiple quotes on the topic of open-mindedness of different authors, entrepreneurs, leaders, philosophers and academics. Our speaking club leader presented some amazing ideas and insights concerning the subject matter. Everyone enjoyed the time here. We thank every person for being with us there. And as Oleg says, “Don’t forget to be awesome”.
